I’m delighted to report that the trial run of Jan’s amazing computer-controlled-spit-roast contraption was a huge success and all present enjoyed 32kg of Richard’s succulent and free-range porc noir with its oh-so-yummy crackling.
Everything was washed down with a few bottles of my Rosé and the new Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2009.
